Return Process

  Visit our online return center and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive your return authorization.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, mounts, and manuals, then securely seal the box with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
